Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in insurance operations or policy administration is advantageous.
• Strong data entry and validation skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools is expected.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately encode policy data into internal systems using batch uploads.
• Review and validate policy information for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in issuance, maintenance, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
• Handle policy setup for Group Term Life and Motor Car Insurance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to process new business.
• Support reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
