Job summary

Bayzat in the Philippines is seeking an Insurance Sales Operations/Account Management professional with 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry to support policy placement with insurers, document review, and client follow-ups.

You will coordinate with the Commercial team, update dashboards, ensure turnaround times, and build strong insurer relationships while maintaining meticulous records and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Sales Operations or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
• Obsessively organized and detail-oriented.
• Building strong relationships and ability to work effectively cross-functionally both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Place policies with insurers and understand documentation requirements.
• Collect and review documents submitted by clients for accuracy.
• Follow up with clients for documents and escalate when needed.
• Submit policies through insurers portal and via email; follow up with insurers.
• Update the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily for accuracy and turnaround times.
• Track and update accuracy data for each placement (client, operations, insurer).
