Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient operations within clear guidelines and to drive inventory excellence across shifts. You will regularly update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documents, ensure timely reporting of performance metrics, and manage inventory transactions to keep KPI targets within defined ranges.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least three years

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising an operational functional team.
• Experience reading and managing Profit & Loss statements advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Inventory Standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach.
• The Inventory supervisor is the process owner for Inventory functions and will regularly update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documents.
• Timely and accurate reporting of operations performance and other operations/human resources related documents.
• Reporting of inventory related transactions and ensure IRA is within allowable range defined in contractual KPI.
