Job summary

GNS Digital Marketing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Cavite site, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining stock records.

You will manage PO processing, coordinate with Purchasing and Finance, supervise staff, monitor inventory levels, and implement process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles
• Proficiency in PO processing, inventory control, and warehouse procedures
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Manage and verify Purchase Orders (POs) from preparation to receipt.
• Coordinate discrepancies with Purchasing and Finance to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper organization, labeling, and safe handling of goods.
• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports and drive process improvements.
