Job summary

GNS Digital Marketing in Cavite, Philippines, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and release of goods. You will monitor picking, packing, checking, and dispatching to meet timelines.

You will lead a small team, implement procedures, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean facility while ensuring inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, order management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing products are properly received, checked, recorded, stored, and released.
• Monitor picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines.
• Monitor overall order fulfillment process and identify delays or operational issues.
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and workflows.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and variances.
