VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated PMS Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role supports our collections operations and customer service initiatives by ensuring smooth project execution within our PMS environment and coordinating between teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results. You will develop project plans, monitor progress, manage timelines and budgets, and assist in onboarding with new PMS features.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, PM, IT or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in call centre, collections, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of PMS or similar enterprise software.
• Excellent project management and multi‑project handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the collections or customer service is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage PMS projects from initiation through completion.
• Liaise between collections, customer service, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support implementation of new PMS features and system enhancements.
• Coordinate training and change management for new processes.
• Track budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives.
