Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise repair and maintenance activities for facility equipment and company vehicles (4–6 wheels – preferably Refer Vans)
• Oversee fleet maintenance, diagnostics, and repair schedules.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide technical support to operations and cross-functional teams.
