RGP is seeking a Data Analytics & Governance Lead to support a Global Business Services restructuring initiative. The role focuses on transforming project, resource, milestone, and financial data into actionable insights for program leadership, risk management, and executive decisions.

You will manage Smartsheet-based PMO reporting, build dashboards, and drive data-driven governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field required.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, transformation, or related roles.
• Hands-on Smartsheet experience, including dashboards, reporting, workflows, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into executive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Support PMO governance activities and ensure consistency across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, and data repositories.
• Provide data analytics, KPI dashboards, and executive-level reporting to leadership.
• Develop resource capacity dashboards and forecasting models for planning.
• Present insights and recommendations to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
