Job summary

You will coordinate governance activities, maintain PMO templates, and support project managers with reporting, risk, and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, project coordination, administration, or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day governance activities with the PMO Lead.
• Maintain and improve project management methodologies, templates, and standards.
• Own and manage project deliverable templates and support managers in adoption.
• Consolidate and track updates: progress, financials, resource allocation, deliverables status.
• Assist risk and issue management across projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings, governance reviews, and project reporting actions.
• Manage PMO tooling including SmartSheet, dashboards, and MS Office templates.
• Ensure consistent governance across projects and collaborate with international teams.
