UPTC is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide governance, reporting, budgeting, documentation, and administrative support for project delivery and departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The PMO Analyst will provide project governance, reporting, budgeting, documentation, and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and departmental initiatives. The role requires close coordination with various departments, project teams, and stakeholders while maintaining project controls, financial tracking, and compliance with organizational standards.
Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to support project and operational initiatives.
Consolidate, generate, and maintain division-level project and management reports.
Monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Support PMO governance, project controls, and portfolio management activities.
Track project budgets, monitor budget versus actual costs, and perform financial reporting and variance analysis.
Maintain project records, documentation, status reports, trackers, and meeting minutes.
Support inventory, asset management, and resource allocation activities.
Monitor division training plans and training completion status.
Support recruitment workflows, personnel management activities, and performance appraisal compliance.
Drive process improvement initiatives, quality standards, audit compliance, and closure of audit findings.
Collaborate with department heads to improve project delivery outcomes and team engagement.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
5+ years of PMO, Project Administration, or Project Coordination experience.
Strong background in project reporting, budgeting, governance, and documentation.
Experienced in financial tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Highly proficient in Excel and project tracking tools.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
