Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned PMI/strategy practitioner to support post‑investment initiatives across portfolio companies in the Philippines, focusing on governance, value creation, and exits.

You will collaborate with portfolio management to enhance internal controls, review balance sheets and P&L, and drive practical, hands-on improvements. Fluency in Japanese is required for liaison with Japanese stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in consulting PMI/strategy or business improvement.
• Experience or understanding of M&A, PMI, and investment-related work.
• Ability to manage governance-related and operational tasks with hands-on execution.
• Strong interest in investment activities and business operations.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support post-investment PMI initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Establish and enhance internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Improve financial and operational structures, including reviewing balance sheet and P&L management.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and effectiveness of board governance and management structures.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio company management to drive value creation and prepare for successful exits.
