You will resolve questions about gameplay, accounts, and in-game features while maintaining a high level of service. You will educate players on game rules, events, and promotions, document interactions in the support system, and work with Game Development and QA teams to escalate issues for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Player Support preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and professional support to players through live chat, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve player concerns including login problems and payments.
• Educate players on game rules, mechanics, events, and promotions.
• Record all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Game Development, QA) to address technical issues.
• Analyze player feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Stay informed about game updates and campaigns to provide accurate assistance.
• Support enhancements to knowledge base and customer service workflows.
