Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or player support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiar with contact center processes and tools.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
• Experience with video games is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with change.
• Knowledge of gaming platforms and devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and answer inquiries for Live Players.
• Gather data, identify root cause, and offer personalized solutions.
• Stay updated on game features and design changes.
• Maintain KPI targets and monitor backlog.
• Report negative trends promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent user experiences.
