LSEG is seeking a Customer Support Executive – Platform to provide effective support for the Refinitiv Data Platform (RDP). You will resolve enquiries, log calls in CRM, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure fast resolution.

The role requires strong customer service orientation, a technical background, and flexibility with rotating shifts. Hybrid work is offered in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/financial markets or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or contact center preferred.
• Familiarity with Refinitiv products and data.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries about information, product functionality and faults on first contact.
• Log and classify all calls in the CRM system.
• Manage resolution for data and applications related to Refinitiv products.
• Escalate recurring issues and coordinate with other teams.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and inform about outages.
