Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate for the Regulatory News Service (RNS) to support customer services and news processing. The role requires flexible shifts to cover 24x5 operations and regular shift changes.

You will review announcements, ensure accuracy, and assist relationship managers with complex documents across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years in customer support or operations, with excellent English and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Business Analytics, Commerce.
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in Customer Support or Operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand and release announcements to global destinations with accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email across regulatory requirements.
• Support key account Relationship Managers with testing of documents for multiple platforms.
• Provide detailed product information on the RNS suite as required.
