Job summary

Blitzy is seeking a dedicated L2 Support Engineer to join our team in Davao Oriental, Philippines. The role requires supporting clients and ensuring stability across software installations and operations. Success in this position means effectively resolving customer issues and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

We're looking for candidates with strong experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems debugging. Applicants must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours and be capable of periodic on-call schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for deploying applications.
• Ability to diagnose failures across compute and storage services.
• Strong debugging skills involving multiple services and network hops.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and operations of platforms in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by customers and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain dashboards and alerts to mitigate recurring issues.
