Job summary

TransPerfect owns Wordbee, a SaaS localization platform, and is seeking a Platform Operations & Support Engineer based in Cebu, Philippines. This on-site role focuses on infrastructure health, incident response, and client support while leveraging an in-house Claude-powered AI assistant to monitor, detect, and improve the platform.

You will manage alerts, triage tickets, refine runbooks, and collaborate with the Infrastructure and Support teams to raise reliability and security.

Qualifications

Production/operations experience for a multi-tenant SaaS.
Ability to read and reason about a runbook.
Decision-making under pressure with partial information.
Fluent written English.

Responsibilities

Be a primary responder for alerts, incidents, and client tickets.
Monitor platform health and resolve incidents end-to-end.
Improve runbooks and automate tasks.
Strengthen monitoring, reliability, and security over time.
Leverage AI to monitor and enhance the platform with our Claude-powered assistant.
Handle L1 tickets within SLA: login/access, integration and API questions.
Communicate with enterprise clients through the ticket lifecycle.
Document findings and surface recurring patterns to the EU team.
