Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years of core software development experience with a strong systems/backend foundation.
• Baseline familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, and RAG; openness to modern AI innovations.
• Portfolio of previous software and AI/ML projects demonstrating business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and maintain core software platforms with clean architecture and secure APIs.
• Build and deploy AI integrations with language models to enhance user workflows.
• Design reusable microservices that connect with legacy systems and cloud frameworks.
• Partner with operations to enable automated software delivery, monitoring, and scaling.
• Analyze and optimize platform latency, data pipelines, and code execution efficiency.
• Maintain a flexible architecture to support rapid experimentation with AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI models and reusable modules into existing applications with scalability and security.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI models and refine as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive documentation.
• Stay updated with AI, ML, and LLM advances to drive continuous enablement.
