Job summary

MERALCO in Pasig, Philippines, seeks an ESP Associate/Developer to own platforms in the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems, overseeing vendor engagements, RFPs, and solution delivery by outsourced teams. The role ensures governance, security, and platform alignment while capturing business needs from users.

You will guide priorities for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and custom apps, coordinate with procurement, legal, and testing, and validate designs against governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Development/configuration experience in Microsoft 365/Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Customizations, Dataverse).
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP cycles for Microsoft/custom app initiatives and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Oversee solution delivery by outsourced development and analysis teams.
• Define priorities for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and custom apps; communicate roadmap.
• Validate designs for governance, security, and low-code-first approach.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, and testing teams for contracts, SLAs, and UAT.
