Qualifications

• 4-6 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Development/configuration experience in Microsoft 365/Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Customizations, Dataverse).
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The ESP Associate/Developer serves as the Platform Owner for assigned Microsoft enterprise platforms, ensuring they deliver maximum value to the business. The role manages RFPs and vendor bids, engages with business users to capture needs, and oversees solution delivery by outsourced development and analysis teams. It requires development or configuration experience in the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems to enable effective technical oversight, solution validation, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

RFPs, Bids & Vendor Engagement

• Lead RFI/RFP cycles for Microsoft/custom app initiatives: prepare scope, evaluation criteria, and assess vendor proposals.
• Participate in vendor demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations.
• Work with Procurement and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with Microsoft partners or custom software vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Product Ownership & Roadmap

• Define and communicate the priorities and strategies for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and custom app environments.
• Maintain and prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility.
• Define requirements clearly for outsourced development teams.

Business Engagement

• Act as the main ICT contact for business users leveraging M365 and Power Platform, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into technical solutions.
• Gather feedback on delivered apps/flows and coordinate with vendors to address issues or enhancements.
• Provide business stakeholders with updates on platform improvements, Microsoft wave releases, and operational impacts.

Delivery Oversight

• Review technical designs from outsourced teams to ensure they meet requirements and follow Microsoft/Power Platform best practices.
• Validate that solutions align with platform governance, security policies, and an out-of-the-box-first/low-code-first approach.
• Coordinate with the testing team for user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for deployment via platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements (e.g., managing Data Loss Prevention policies in Power Platform).
• Maintain platform documentation, decision logs, and release records.

Qualifications:

Experience

• 4-6 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Development/configuration experience in Microsoft 365/Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, SharePoint customizations, and Dataverse.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of solution architecture, data flows, and integration points within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (Microsoft Graph API, custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise governance standards
