Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Linux terminal and server environments; data extraction a plus.
Troubleshoot data issues and handle large datasets effectively.
Experience in trading or financial services preferred.
Strong English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and manage reported data issues via incident management and ticketing system.
Investigate and resolve data issues using Linux and server-based tools.
Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and fixes addressing client data issues.
Collaborate across regions to improve data flows and service quality.
Drive continual service improvement to reduce recurring data issues.
