Job summary

Wordbee (Part of TransPerfect) in Cebu City is seeking a Platform Operations & Support Engineer to keep the SaaS platform healthy and support enterprise clients. You will perform hands-on DevOps tasks, monitor infrastructure, runbooks, and automation, and use an in-house Claude-powered AI assistant to improve detection and diagnostics.

You will work in the Infrastructure team reporting to the DevOps Lead, handling alerts, incidents, and client communications from the Cebu office.

Qualifications

Production or operations experience on a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Able to read and reason about a runbook.
Fluent written English for client communications.
Full-time, exclusive employment.

Responsibilities

Be a primary responder for alerts, incidents, and client tickets.
Monitor platform health using dashboards and log queries; resolve incidents end-to-end.
Improve and harden infrastructure with runbooks and automation.
Handle L1 client tickets within SLA and communicate clearly with clients.
Document findings and hand off open items; surface recurring patterns to EU team.
Leverage AI to monitor, investigate, and enhance the platform.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Support teams from Cebu office.
