Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a Platform Owner with strong project management experience to oversee platform initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of platform-related projects and enhancements.

The role is hybrid (8 days onsite per month) in BGC, Philippines, and a project-based employment type with potential extension and absorption; collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential to drive platform success.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for technology/platform projects.
• Strong ability to plan and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in managing requirements, scope, dependencies, risks and changes.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with SDLC, change and release processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of platform projects and initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate with Developers, Architects, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
• Manage project resources and ensure appropriate allocation of tasks and responsibilities.
• Identify and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure platform enhancements and changes follow SDLC, change, and release processes.
• Support testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.
