You’ll engage directly with founders to shape what the function delivers and how it scales as the company grows. Requires a track record of delivering real solutions, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work where you owned something and delivered it.
• Direct exposure to the co‑founders.
• You build, not just advise. You create tools or automations to fix a broken process.

Responsibilities

• Learn how your function really works, beyond org charts.
• Define what 'good' looks like with a senior leader and identify inefficiencies.
• Build internal tools and ship iterations for real users.
• Make tools talk to each other to create a scalable operating system for the org.
• Prove impact by agreeing on metrics like hours saved or errors reduced.
• Work directly with founders and senior leaders to review and decide on priorities.
• Spot organizational gaps and propose concrete actions to address them.
