You will drive technical improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and SQL, with data-driven decision making.
• Experience optimizing site speed and performance using best practices and tooling (Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
• Familiarity with CDNs, DNS, queues, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Influence long-term strategy and define technical roadmaps with senior leadership.
• Oversee R&D, design, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Solve complex technical problems and deliver high-impact features with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build new features and improve the product.

• Stay current with industry trends to continually improve systems and products.
