Job summary

InsideOut seeks an elite Operations and AI Systems Builder to remove bottlenecks, connect disparate platforms, and automate end-to-end loan processing workflows. You will work directly beside the Founder & CEO to scale deal flow from 15 to 50 deals per month and build a centralized knowledge base and decision engines.

• Proven track record in operations, workflow design, and process optimization.
