• Minimum of 3 years of plant operations management—multinational companies, top local organizations, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Production Management: Planning, scheduling, and directing production processes to ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality standards.
• Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising production staff, including performance management and shift scheduling.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the production floor adheres to all company SOPs, safety protocols, and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA).
