Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Engineering background is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, plant operations, or production management, preferably within metal/industrial industries.
• At least 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in plant or production operations.
• Experience managing production personnel, warehouse teams, and logistics staff; coordinating production planning and dispatch; monitoring plant performance; and supervising equipment utilization, maintenance, and motor pool operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily plant operations and production activities, coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse personnel, logistics teams, maintenance staff, and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely production output.
• Manages manufacturing workforce, plant facilities, and operational schedules by supervising operators, support personnel, and technical staff to maintain productivity.
• Coordinates production planning, inventory movement, and logistics requirements with warehouse teams, dispatch personnel, and management to ensure timely materials availability and efficient delivery scheduling.
• Monitors plant performance, production efficiency, and operational concerns via regular inspections and collaboration with supervisors and technical staff to address bottlenecks and minimize downtime.
• Oversees maintenance and proper utilization of plant equipment, vehicles, and motor pool resources with maintenance personnel and external providers for safe, reliable operations.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, workplace safety practices, and production quality requirements by coordinating with plant personnel and management.
