Cedarside Industries, Inc. in Pampanga seeks a Plant and Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery for its office furniture business. You will drive efficiency, manage fleet coordination, and ensure safety and quality across the facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements while maintaining cost controls and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least five years of experience in plant, warehouse, logistics or related operations, including supervisory work.
• Experience in office furniture, repairs or reconfiguration preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fleet coordination, safety and cost control.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor daily plant and warehouse activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Purchasing and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee vehicle availability, dispatch, maintenance and fleet utilization.
• Plan and supervise minor furniture reconfiguration and repairs.
• Ensure safety, security, and facility maintenance across the site.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Lead and coach team members and support workforce planning.
