A manufacturing services provider in Laguna is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day production and plant operations. This role involves ensuring production processes run efficiently and comply with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a degree in Engineering or Management. The position is critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing production lines effectively.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in food manufacturing or toll manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms.
• Strong work ethic and ability to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and plant operations.
• Ensure production processes run efficiently and safely.
• Manage resources and deliver output that meets client requirements.

Skills

Strong background in managing multiple clients’ production lines

Experience in client audits and regulatory audits

Strong background in FSSC 22000 and GMP

Knowledge of food processing systems and equipment

Strong understanding of food safety systems

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Organizational and delegation skills

Mentoring and coaching skills

Education
