Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Plant Operations Analyst to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and consolidate action plans to sustain or improve performance aligned with business needs.

You will manage KPI dashboards, lead performance reviews, and support teams with quality tools, budgeting, and internal audits. Experience in manufacturing and strong data analytics are valued; a Lean Six Sigma background is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of engineering or management degree, preferably with license/certification on Industrial Engineering.
Lean Six Sigma certification or related recognition is an advantage.
Exposure and knowledge in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Keen to details with data analytics and continuous improvement, plus good communication and business presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Awareness of management systems in the food industry (GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL, FSSC) is an advantage.
Team-player, customer-centric and innovative work attitude.

Responsibilities

Monitor Plant KPIs and trends; analyze data, consolidate action plans and provide recommendations.
Manage KPI dashboards and upload data to cloud-based portals as required by Corporate.
Consolidate data presentations and lead performance reviews and management committee meetings; assist teams with quality tools.
Consolidate OPEX proposals, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee budget administration.
Participate in Internal Audits and ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL and policies.
Represent URC with Corporate Industrial Engineering Group and Plant OAs from URC plants.
Perform other tasks as delegated by the Immediate Superior.

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Plant Operations Analyst to monitor plant KPIs and trends, conduct analysis, consolidate action plans, and provide recommendations to maintain or improve performance based on operational metrics aligned with business objectives and business needs.

Key responsibilities

Monitor Plant KPIs and trends; and conduct analysis, consolidate action plans, and/or give recommendations to maintain or to improve performance based on operational metrics, as aligned with business objectives and business needs

Manage and monitor KPI dashboards and other monitoring visuals; and upload relevant data, as needed, in cloud-based portals as required by Corporate

Consolidate data presentations, and leads organizing and conducting of performance reviews & management committee meetings; and assist teams in using quality improvement tools, including but not limited to control charts, Pareto charts, histogram, cause & effect diagram, stratification, check sheet, and scatter diagrams, in synthesizing data points and identifying opportunity losses

Consolidate OPEX proposals, coordinate with stakeholders in finalizing justifications, and oversee budget administration of approved budget

Participate in Internal Audits, and ensure compliance on, established management systems including, but not limited to, EHS Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, FSSC; and all other company policies, as applicable

Represent the organization, as needed, in functional congregations, especially in liaising with Corporate Industrial Engineering Group and Plant OAs from different URC BCFG Plants

Perform other tasks and functions as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior

About you

Graduate of engineering or management degree, preferably with license/certification on Industrial Engineering

Lean Six Sigma certification or related recognition is an advantage

With or without previous experience; exposure and knowledge in manufacturing industry is an advantage

Keen to details, and has an extensive exposure in data analytics and continuous improvement, coupled with good communication and business presentation skills

With advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams, at minimum), and SAP

Awareness on implementing relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC, is an advantage

Has a good team-player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude
