Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct checks on air compressors and plant machines for proper operation.
• Monitor and maintain water quality of reverse osmosis facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance on company generators and vehicles.
• Conduct maintenance and repair of forklifts and delivery trucks.
• Prepare reports for tracking jobs done on equipment.
• Conducts scheduled overall vehicle check‑up of the company’s delivery trucks and service vehicles or whenever necessary.
• Conducts regular maintenance and repair of company forklifts.
• Prepare reports for proper tracking of jobs done on particular equipment or vehicle.
• Performs required fabrications of machines and equipment based on production demands.

Maintenance and Repair

• Production Area/ Plant
• Checks the Air compressor daily to ensure proper working condition of plant machines.
• Conducts regular check-up and repair of plant machines and equipment.
• Office Building
• Regularly monitors the reverse osmosis facility to check the quality of water supply to the company plant and buildings.
• Maintains the Waste Water Facility; regularly conducts waste water test to ensure that the waste water is within acceptable limits before disposal.
• Monitors and conducts preventive maintenance and repair for the company generators.
• Transportation
• Conducts scheduled overall vehicle check‑up of the company’s delivery trucks and service vehicles or whenever necessary.
• Conducts regular maintenance and repair of company forklifts.
• Prepare reports for proper tracking of jobs done on particular equipment or vehicle.
• Fabrication
• Performs required fabrications of machines and equipment based on production demands.

Job Specifications
