Job Description

• Oversees the planning and execution of all facility operations and maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted 24/7/365 uptime.
• Ensures manufacturing and non‑manufacturing areas comply with required standards, specifications, and operational entitlements.
• Implements monitoring systems to measure facility performance and proactively identify improvement needs.
• Leads the planning, execution, and auditing of environmental management programs.
• Ensures compliance with local and national government regulations as well as internal certifications such as ISO and OHSAS.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen environmental and safety processes.
• Assesses training needs for facility teams and recommends development programs to build technical and operational competencies.
• Provides leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets company goals and maintains a high level of performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Facilities Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management within the manufacturing industry.
