Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Plant Production Manager to lead the pet food plant's production and manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective performance.

You will oversee end-to-end production, extrusion and dry processing, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP/HACCP compliance. The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership, and on-site work, preferably in Bulacan,

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree with licensure as engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of plant/manufacturing production experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in Pet Food, Animal Feed, Food Manufacturing, or extrusion.
• Hands-on experience in production, extrusion/dry processing, process improvement, and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant production operations and achieve production targets.
• Oversee extrusion and dry processing: milling, batching, mixing, extrusion, drying, coating, cooling, and packing.
• Monitor key production KPIs, including OEE, yield, downtime, productivity, and manufacturing costs.
• Drive process improvement, cost and waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preferably based in Bulacan, Pampanga, or nearby areas.
• Willing to work on-site.
