Hired Hub Ltd in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a on-site Farm Operations Manager with 3-5 years of leadership experience in poultry farming and food processing. You will oversee farm operations, environmental controls, and production workflows to meet client quality targets.

The role emphasizes compliance with HACCP, GMP, and NMIS standards, plus managing ventilation, refrigeration systems, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Education in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Business.
• 3-5 years of management experience in poultry farming and food processing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and engineering.
• HACCP/GMP knowledge; refrigeration certifications preferred.
• Relocation package to Cebu offered.

Responsibilities

• Managing environmental conditions, feed, water quality, bio-security protocols, and tracking performance metrics like growth rates and mortality.
• Coordinating the processing line (stunning, evisceration, chilling, packaging) to meet quality targets for various clients while ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and NMIS regulations.
• Providing expert oversight of ammonia or Freon-based cooling systems, blast freezers, and cold storage to maintain the cold chain and energy efficiency.
• Developing budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company safety policies
