Job summary

Private Advertiser in San Pablo, Laguna, Philippines is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Head to lead a maintenance team and drive reliability across plant equipment. You will troubleshoot, oversee preventive and corrective programs, and support automation projects on-site.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 2–3+ years in maintenance with supervisory exposure in a food manufacturing setting, and strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• 2–3+ years maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure in a food manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills; Leadership, planning, and resource management.
