The ideal candidate will lead a skilled team, implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in plant maintenance management in manufacturing/steel industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure seamless maintenance integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
