Are you a licensed engineer or a highly skilled technical leader with a track record of keeping manufacturing plants running smoothly? We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the reliability, safety, and peak performance of our production lines and facility in Pasig City!

What You Will Do

Daily Supervision: Coordinate and manage the daily maintenance activities of the production plant.

Equipment Reliability: Ensure maximum availability, safety, and proper operating conditions for all production equipment, facilities, utilities, and related mechanical/electrical systems.

Team Coordination: Lead, schedule, and guide the maintenance crew to respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and handle preventive maintenance.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid maintenance experience, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Leadership: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience handling technicians or mechanics.

Traits: Strong troubleshooting capabilities, calm under operational pressure, and an absolute commitment to industrial safety.

WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)

Schedule: 6 days a week | Capable of working shifting schedules and holiday duties to support continuous plant operations.
