Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of heavy and light machines and equipment.
• At least 6 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of electricians.
• Supervisory experience in heavy industry or construction environments.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and software.

About the role

Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the electrical work on our construction projects in Binangonan Rizal. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring all electrical work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols. This is a full-time position based in Binangonan Rizal.
