Job summary

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Lead to oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee records.

You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding, including job fairs, interviews, and orientation, while ensuring policy compliance and continuous improvement. Located in Cabuyao, Laguna, the role requires 2–4 years in HR or admin, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to support management

Qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related social science.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Administrative or HR work, or supervisory roles.
• High proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems like SAP; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to be assigned in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including job fairs, interviews, and orientation programs.

• Handle labor and employee relations, including discipline management, compliance with labor laws, and coordination with legal stakeholders.

• Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as wellness and company activities.

• Ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

• Monitor HR team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and key result areas (KRAs).

• Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management.

• Support operational requirements and lead special HR projects as assigned.

• Completion of relevant bachelor's degree, or 4-year course, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any social science course.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Administrative or HR work or Supervisory experience.

• High proficiency in MS Office and Human Resource Information Systems like SAP, good written and oral communication, good interpersonal skills.
