Job summary

Techcareers Inc. in Bulacan is seeking an experienced Administration and Human Resources Manager to align workforce strategies with production goals.

This on-site role partners with manufacturing leadership to drive manpower planning and employee services. You will implement HR policies, oversee site administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course.
• At least five years of related experience as Administration and/or Human Resources Manager in a medium to large manufacturing organization.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Experience in two or more of the following: facilities management, administrative case handling, HR policy implementation, vendor management, recruitment, employee relations, and workforce retention.
