Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• 7–12 years in finance/accounting in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.

Plant Finance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Role Overview:
Responsible for the financial performance, cost control, reporting, budgeting, and business partnering activities of the manufacturing plant. The role works closely with Plant Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve profitability, control costs, and strengthen financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Manage plant P&L, monthly closing, reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• -Lead annual budgeting and monthly financial forecasting
• -Manage standard costing, BOM/recipe costing, and manufacturing cost analysis
• -Monitor raw material, packaging, labor, overhead, yield, waste, and production variance
• -Analyze product/SKU profitability and support pricing and margin decision
• -Partner with Procurement to manage ingredient, commodity, and packaging cost
• -Monitor inventory, obsolete/expired stock, and working capita
• -Identify and drive cost-saving and productivity improvement initiative
• -Evaluate CAPEX proposals, ROI, budgets, and investment performance
• -Maintain strong internal controls and support internal/external audit
• -Act as finance business partner to the Plant Manager and Operations leadership
• -Lead and develop the plant finance/accounting team.

Qualifications:

• -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• -Certified Public Account
• -7–12 years of finance/accounting experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, or process manufacturing, preferably in the dairy/tuna manufacturing industry.
• -Strong experience in plant finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and product costing.
• -Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• -Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and business partnering skill

On-site work schedule based in Binan, Laguna.
