Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Plant Finance Supervisor in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. You will support financial decision-making by collecting, analysing and reporting data, oversee CAPEX, fixed assets and cost analyses, and ensure month-end closings comply with accounting standards. On-site five days a week.

You will lead cost controls, inventory oversight and cross-functional collaboration to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in management and operations accounting.
• Proactive with leadership experience and able to multi-task.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting and process improvement mindset.
• Well-versed in IFRS standards and Philippine tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly accruals and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor CAPEX and fixed assets, perform cost analyses and reporting.
• Coordinate month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce routine variance analyses, schedules and cost reports.
• Contribute to fixed cost and inventory cost analyses; support forecasts and budgets.
