Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Cost Control Accountant for batching plant operations in Manila. You will manage financial recording, inventory, and billing, ensuring accurate reporting to support plant management.

You will monitor production costs, assist in budgeting, and coordinate with plant personnel and corporate accounting. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/ERP are required for timely, precise financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in construction, ready-mix concrete, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting systems/software (e.g., SAP, Accumatica or ERP).
• Proficient in MS Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for production, sales, expenses, and cash.
• Track raw material inventory and monitor batching production reports against records.
• Prepare invoices, delivery receipts, and batching plant billing documents; monitor accounts receivable.
• Process vendor payments and payroll; monitor expenses with proper documentation.
• Prepare records for audits and assist auditors; maintain organized financial documents.
• Coordinate with plant personnel and corporate accounting for report submission.
