Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and other financial software.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost allocation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for project funds and managed accounts.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions per budgets and agreements.
• Monitor fund balances and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Prepare periodic financial and fund utilization reports for management and donors.
• Monitor budget utilisation and identify variances needing attention.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
