Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in Cavite seeks a Plant Finance Analyst to ensure accurate recording of manufacturing costs and related expenses. You will analyze TMC, FME and OPEX, ensure GAAP compliance, and prepare timely reports including MPR and budget submissions.

Responsibilities include supporting plant closing, posting accuracy in SAP, and collaborating with Plant Controllers and ISC stakeholders to drive cost control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate with strong cost accounting knowledge.
• CPA board passer is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in cost or plant accounting in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel; Lean/Agile mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork; Cavite base.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Actual Total Manufacturing cost, fixed manufacturing expenses and plant OPEX.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant postings and timely reporting of TMC/FME/OPEX.
• Prepare MPR, budget accuracy and SAP data integrity for cost centers.
• Support plant finance closing, journal entries and process orders.
• Engage with Plant leadership and ISC stakeholders on KPIs.
