Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in controlling, reporting, and forecasting.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Monitor plant KPIs, costs, and variances.
• Ensure accurate product costing and financial analysis.
• Support Capex tracking and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Consolidate financial and operational data across all plant locations to provide timely, accurate insights.
