The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) with 2+ years in controlling, reporting, and forecasting; manufacturing

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Monitor plant KPIs, costs, and variances
• Ensure accurate product costing and financial analysis
• Support Capex tracking and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Consolidate financial and operational data across all plant locations to provide timely, accurate, and actionable business insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
• At least 2 years experience in controlling, reporting, and forecasting
• Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence decisions
• Work Arrangement: Head Office-based role (Taguig) with a requirement to work on-site at our Danao, Cebu plant for approximately one week per month.
