Job summary

Dermesse Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support our plant facility operations, equipment maintenance, and environmental compliance.

The role entails performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of plant facilities and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and other critical equipment, while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in plant facility maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, or environmental compliance.
• Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with wastewater management, hazardous waste, solid waste management, and environmental monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of plant facilities and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, compressors, generators, and other facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues and coordinate repairs with contractors or service providers when necessary.
• Monitor plant compliance with applicable DENR environmental laws, permits, regulations, and conditions.
• Implement and maintain the company’s environmental management and pollution control programs.
• Monitor wastewater, air emissions, hazardous waste, and other environmental aspects applicable to the facility.
• Coordinate with the DENR, LGU, and other regulatory agencies regarding inspections, monitoring activities, and compliance matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
