Goodyear is seeking a Plant Director for the El Salto plant to own end-to-end performance, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and sustainable operations. You will drive GPS, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and develop a 3–5 year masterplan, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

This role requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience and a proven track record in operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years manufacturing experience in a large plant
• 5-10 years of management experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement / TPM / Lean production environment
• Experience in a union environment and labor law (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end plant performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and NPI
• Lead cross-functional execution and ensure timely, cost-efficient objectives
• Manage plant budgets, cost control, and performance monitoring
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions to meet targets
• Establish GPS as the standard operating model and drive continuous improvement
• Develop 3–5 year plant masterplan including investment and capability building
• Ensure health, safety, environment, sustainability and compliance
• Build a high-performing Plant Leadership Team with succession planning
